Upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV with one row per pupil. Column headings are matched loosely — admission number, students name, class, parent name, mobile no., email, gender, D.O.B and NEMIS/UPI are all recognised, in any order. Each pupil gets a login — username and password = their admission number (they change it on first sign-in). Parents are matched by phone, so siblings share one account. Classes named in the file are created if the school doesn't have them yet.
Turn the feature demos into ready-to-post videos. Pick a feature and a shape, press Record — the demo plays once and a .webm file downloads. Then copy the matching caption & hashtags for the post. These are the same demos customers watch at primarytrack.co.ke/demos. For perfectly-cropped files of every demo in one go, run node ops/record-demos.mjs (see marketing/VIDEOS.md).
When the picker opens, choose “This tab”. Recording stops by itself when the demo ends.
